Shipping Times

* If you are unsure where you fall on the map, please contact us at 847.359.3454 from 8:00 am - 5 pm CST, Monday – Friday. *

Please note that UPS does not guarantee standard ground delivery times December 12th - 24th. Please allow an extra day or two, or upgrade the shipping service, to guarantee you receive the order before Christmas.

Special Handling
Between April 1st and October 30th, or longer based on our discretion and the weather, a reusable frozen gel pack will be included in the packaging.

A cold pack fee of $8.00 will be added when checking out.

Saturday Delivery
If you need a package delivered on a Saturday, please call us at 847.359.3454 to arrange it. There will be an additional $20.00 shipping fee.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for a small fee. We require a 24-hour notice. Please call us at 847.359.3454.

Where We Do Not Ship
We do not ship to Post Office, APO, or FPO boxes or to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
