Refund policy
We guarantee your product will arrive in good condition and be of high quality. Please contact us within 24 hours after delivery to receive credit or a replacement.
We ship year-round and will suggest certain options in warm weather and guarantee only those options against melting.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. You’ll be automatically refunded if approved using your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
