| Details | A chocolate shape can be hollow, semi-solid or solid. A solid mold is 100% chocolate filled, semi-solid mold is 50% chocolate distributed evenly throughout with an air pocket in the center to make it easier to break and eat, and hollow is a thin layer of chocolate. Our all natural milk chocolate contains 34% cocoa butter and the dark chocolate is made with 53% cocoa butter. The white chocolate is creamy and sweet. The decorative dust is made from edible colored powdered sugar. PLEASE NOTE: the highlight colors will look different on the milk, dark and white chocolate flavors. |
