Many requests for charitable donations are requested every year, and as much as we would love to help all the great causes, we simply cannot. In order for your request to be considered, we ask that you provide us with the following information:
- An official letter with your organization’s request.
- A detailed explanation of the event.
- A four week lead time.

FUNDRAISING OPTIONS
Fundraising Walk-In Day
Cost to organization is $6.00 per participant. Organization sets the ticket price.Includes:
- Our party room for 2 – 3 hours.
- One Morkes® professional assistant.
- Supplies for dipping 5 pretzel twists, 2 jumbo marshmallows, and 3 2x2 Rice Krispie treats.
- Milk or white chocolate and decorations.
- A bag to bring their goodies home in.
Minimum of 20 people. No maximum – the larger ticket sales will extend the time range. Date and time are based on availability. Fundraising organization is responsible for promotions and ticket sales.
Fundraising Chocolate & Wine Tasting
Cost to organization is $7.00 per participant. Organization sets the ticket price. Wine supplied by fundraising organization. Participants must be 21 or older.Includes:
- A chocolate “tour of the mouth” – an exploration of the different types of chocolates through discussion and tastings, along with some of our other handmade confections.
- Our party room for 1½ hours.
- One Morkes® professional chocolatier for 1/2 hour.
Food can be brought in. Minimum of 10 people. Maximum of 35 people. Date and time are based on availability. Fundraising organization is responsible for promotions and ticket sales.
Discounted Chocolates for Fundraising
A large selection of our popular natural chocolate confections, bars and seasonal favorites are available for a 30% discount. Your organization determines what savings to pass on to your customers, and the difference goes back to the fundraising organization.We want to help you achieve your fundraising goals. Our delicious chocolates, made with high quality ingredients, will please your customers and keep them coming back. Indicate to us in your correspondence that you wish to participate in this program and we will let you know what products are available at that time.
Raffles
Why not raffle off an amazing molded chocolate item? You can have it on display three weeks before the winner is picked. Please call for your prices.Unique products for raffles include:

IN-KIND DONATIONS
We also offer gift baskets and gift cards of different values. These are based on our financial ability and the quantity of requests. All requests will be evaluated.
