Our stand up caramel is ready for cutting, dipping, wrapping around pretzels or making into fun shapes before dipping in chocolate. Another use for this caramel is for fondues. Just cut and dip.
This caramel can be heated and used for other candy making or baking, but you will need to add moisture to the caramel first. Add a couple tablespoons of water and then microwave until the caramel comes to a heavy boil. Add more moisture if you really want to thin out the caramel. Thinner caramel is great for an ice cream topping. The best thing to do though is to just buy our other caramel that has more moisture already in the batch and ready for the microwave as is.
